Sean Gjerde is currently disbarred for the very specific crime of refusing to wear a wire against his client, Hoda Samuel. Shortly after he told the FBI/IRS joint task force he wouldn't corporate and keep his clients secret did they tell him that he would be joining her in prison. Believing that the institute of the California State Bar would protect him, instead they joined the Federal government and are currently being subjected to numerous FOIA and California Public records act requests. The picture is a remainder to him of all he lost. While Sean was not completely innocent, he was innocent of committing a crime as would be in the common law sense. The Federal government through the power of conspiracy has essentially taken away the prerequisite of having to prove a guilty mind. The government can get anyone and anybody at any time. Sean loved his wife, child and his status, all that was taken away by a conspiracy of government bureaucrats looking for an easy conviction. Sean served his sentence in Oregon, over 500 miles away from his family, murders are given more deference.
“If there is one thing I would like to emphasis is that I have 15 years of experience doing what I do. I went to prison because I had made the government mad, I had helped people, ensure that they have homes, ensuring that they have happy lives and pay reasonable taxes. But in the end when you work in the field of law and taxes someone is getting the shaft, and even though I always followed the rules, the fact is the government has their own. With my experience I can protect you and your family. I hope you appreciate and gain knowledge from my words. I can help protect you and your family, and if there is anything that comes by as demonstrated I will always keep your confidence even if it puts me in prison.”
Thank you, please pray for those wrongfully incarcerated, there are many.
Sean Patrick Gjerde Esq.
